From my reading, i found that they are not aligned the same way, but that the base measurements add up to the same, as does the temples at Ankor Wat in Cambodia.
The Giza pyramids are staggered, but the Mexican pyramids are directly aligned, & at Ankor Wat, the measurement includes the outer walls.

I saw a video in my art history class and it said they were. Many scholars now beleive that Africans founded south american cultures instead of nomads from Russia coming down through Canada and America.

do you mean the aztec temples/pyramids. i watched a documentry which stated that egyptians had the capability to travel the ocean way before teh spainish. although history books enforced that europeans are the first to do everything. we arabs know we made alot of discoveries 2-3 hundred years before they did.

anyway this documentry stated that people disagree egyptians had gone to america becuase they didnt have the correct sort of boats/ships. but they argued the point that even though egyptian boat sails were small they could ahve still made it across the ocean due to the natural way of the current across the ocean between africa and america. this is true and scientific.
we know for a fact that spanish were nto the first to step onto america. as 50 years before coloumbs made his journay their had been sveral others made by the moors/spanish arabs. they also found a rare map possesed by the turkish. which shows a map of the eastern coast of america, including south america. is coloumbus was the first to set foot in america then how did the turkish have a map 50 years before he went?? This is somethign you may want to research into its soo interesting. to think that teh arabs and muslims set foot onto america before the europeans…. it should be our land. teh difference between us arabs and turks to the europeans, we left teh people alone, we let them live in thei rcountry. we only visited them. but the europeans wanted the alnd for themselves so they murdered teh natives.

anyway back to the point yes it is very possible that egyptians visited south america very likely indeed.

the pyramids in Egypt are made to serve as tombs for the Pharoahs that built them.
the Mexican Pyramids were designed as places for offering sacrifices for the gods .
girls were slaughtered on the tops and their blood was spilled on the sides of the Pyramids .
the Pharoahs were not fond of killing and spilling blood .
the Mexicans didnt hesitate to spill the blood of their sacrifices to their gods .
