I have been searching for tours of Egypt and I live in Alabama. The only ones I can find all fly out of JFK and that is a little far to drive!

Why can't I get a guided tour of Egypt that flies out of Atlanta Georgia?

i live in tennessee and i had the same trouble when i was looking for a guided tour to egypt. i went to a travel agent and talked to them and they helped me. you probably can fly out from your state and then your next destination from the flight will be another state, most likely one that will hold the guided tours. call a travel agent and they should help you, and it is free too, and tickets are so much cheaper. when i went to egypt i flew from tennessee to detroit to holland, then to cairo

you can have several tour operators set up your tour from Georgia but still have their office somewhere else. Check site below for some Egypt tour operators (bottom of page).

There are often tours leaving from all over the states – but often, as you’re finding, you’ll need to travel a little to make up the extra leg of the vacation, either at the beginning or the end. If you can find one that’s not too far, however, it’s well worth the extra connecting flight.
